Mary June Kellogg, 84 of Marshall died on Thursday September 19, 2019 surrounded by her family following a long illness.

June was born on April 29, 1935 in North Platte, Nebraska to Roy and Edna (Rogers) Peck. She graduated from North Platte High School in 1953, and attended Bob Jones University. On June 26, 1955 she married Gary A. Kellogg in North Platte. He preceded her in death on July 29, 2011.

June worked for Oaklawn Hospital for many years. She started as a switchboard operator and would retire as a registration clerk in 1997. June was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church where she volunteered for several different events. She also was a member of Oaklawn Hospital Auxiliary, the Fredonia Grange, and the Marshall Women of the Moose Lodge #202. She enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family and time at her home at Big Bradford Lake.

She is survived by her children Vicki Kellogg and Roy (Patricia) Kellogg all of Marshall; daughter-in-law Carol Kellogg; grandchildren Tyler (Jessica Guthrie) Kellogg, Andrew (Katie) Kellogg, and Sarah Kellogg; great grandchildren, Greyson, Collin, Madison, and Amelia; and a sister Patricia Millsap.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son Bradford Kellogg in 2018; and a sister Ethel Saunders.
Family will greet friends on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 4-7pm at the Marshall Chapel of the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services 723 US 27 North. Funeral services service taking place at 11am Wednesday September 25, 2019 at Zion Lutheran Church 135 West Green Street with Reverend Anthony Voltattorni officiating.

Interment will follow at Oakridge Cemetery. Family will gather with friends following the committal services at Zion Lutheran Church Reception Hall.
