Cheryl Lynn Franklin of Coulterville passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019 in Belleville Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Cheryl was born July 4, 1947 in Coulterville, IL to Clyde and Elizabeth “Betty” (Fike) Clutts. On March 26, 1966, she married Sam Franklin and he preceded her in death after 50 years of marriage. She was a homemaker, enjoyed playing Bingo, bird watching and going to Tunica, MS with her family but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her mother, four daughters, a brother, two sisters, ten grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father; husband; and two brothers-in-law, Jim Bowlby and Claude Nutt.
