Betty Lucille Hudson, 89, of Litchfield, passed away on Fri., Sept. 20, 2019 at 12:35 a.m. in Copper Creek Cottages Memory Care in Litchfield. She was born on Sept. 12, 1930 in Zanesville Twp., a daughter of Benjamin & Carrie (Gilbert) Wright. She married Donald Lee Jones on Feb. 14, 1948. They later divorced. Betty married Charles William Hudson on June 22, 1980. He preceded her in death on May 28, 1988. Betty was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary and Women of the Moose in Litchfield. She enjoyed reading & traveling. She especially enjoyed fishing and wintering in South Padre Island, Texas. Betty loved being with her family and especially adored her grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life / Memorial Service for Betty will be held at the home of her daughter and son-in-law Donna & Deck Major on Sat., Sept. 28, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Private family interment of Betty’s ashes will be in Elm Lawn Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to Coats for Kids.
