Bryan Lewis Burns, 58, of Vincent, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at his residence.

He was born July 17, 1961 in Montreal, Canada, a son of Leonora Kimberg Hornbeck of Belpre, Ohio and Jeffery Paul Burns (Naomi), of Harold, California.

Bryan served in the United States Army at Fort Bliss, Texas and in Germany. He was a sharp shooter. Bryan was the Regional Vice President with Polar Service Center of Reno, Ohio. He enjoyed restoring old cars, yard work, golfing, and mechanics.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are his wife Peggy L. Burns; two sons, Brad A. and Kyle L. Burns, both of Vincent; a brother, Kevin Hornbeck (Sally) of Vincent; his faithful dog, Tucker; along with a host of other family members and friends, including Jon Jenkins (Penny) of Vincent, and Bob Allen (Kelly), of Marietta.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, OH with Elvis Galbrath officiating. American Legion Post 15 of Parkersburg will present full military honors. Burial will follow in Tunnel Cemetery at Marietta. The family will receive friends from 5 – 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
