MUSCOTAH Clyde L. Moore, 95, of Muscotah, died Thursday, December 15, 2005 at the Holton Hospital. He was born December 1, 1910 in Larkinburg, the son of Frank and Mable Scoville Moore. He attended Carbon Grade School and graduated from Holton High School. He lived all of his life in the Larkinburg and Muscotah communities. Mr. Moore was a lifelong farmer and stockman. He was a member of the Larkinburg Christian Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and played baseball into his late forties. He married Mildred V. Smith on April 29, 1937 in Holton. She preceded him in death on August 17, 1987. He was also preceded in death by a son Larry in 1987. Survivors include three sons Lowell Moore of Mt. View, WY, Bob Moore of Holton, Billy Moore of Topeka; a sister Hazel Carlson of Huntington Beach, CA; 7 grandchildren and 4 great granddaughters. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 19, 2005 at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in the Larkinburg Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 7:00 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Larkinburg Christian Church and sent c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O.
