Reba Rickman Moore, age 88 of Griffin, died Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Mrs. Moore was born February 22, 1930, daughter of the late John & Dellie Rickman. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, James Moore.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Deborah & John Crowley, Danny & Paulette Moore and Dennis & Glenda Moore; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was a member of West Sunnyside Community Church.

Mrs. Moore retired as Lunchroom Manager at Beaverbrook Elementary School where she worked for a number of years. She and her husband, James, enjoyed traveling and camping together. Over the past four years Mrs. Moore has resided at Brightmoor Assisted Living where she enjoyed Bingo, crafts, and outings. At Brightmoor she made many dear friends including other residents and the loving, caring staff. She considered them a part of her family and loved them all dearly.

Funeral services for Mrs. Reba Rickman Moore will be held Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Anderson officiating. Entombment will follow in Westwood Mausoleum. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
