Daughter of the late John Cleveland Parker and Sara Jo Hammond Parker. She graduated from Greensboro High School in the class of 1961 and married Hugh Clyde Brown on July 21, 1961. Most of her working career was spent with The Farmers Bank in Union Point as a loan officer. She was a member of Wesley Chapel Wesleyan Church. She was preceded in death by a sister, Millie Styron. In addition to her husband, Clyde, she is survived by three sons, Tim Brown of Greensboro, GA; Greg Brown (Anjie) of White Plains, GA and David Brown (Jennifer) of Buckhead, GA; six grandchildren, Jake Brown, Jessie Brown, Adam Brown, Christopher Brown, Sean Brown and Bonnie Brown; siblings, Diane “Tot” Mize (Jimmie), Johnny Parker (Becky), Jerry Parker (Julie) and Jeff Parker (Christy).
