He was a 1996 graduate of United Local High School in Hanoverton, and a graduate of ITT, with honors. He was a veteran of the United States Army, and a member of the Harbor of Hope Church. He worked as a mechanical draftsman for Basic Systems in Cambridge. He was a talented musician, and a loyal Buckeyes, and Browns fan. He played the bass guitar for the band "Old Northern" and had also played for the band, "Ohm". He was the rock of the family. He was a brave, dedicated, loving, father husband, brother, and son.
With his parents, his memory is cherished by his wife, Melissa (Mowery) Myers; daughter, Madalyn Beth Myers; in-laws, Ray Mowery and Karen Mowery; brothers, Rich and Sam; sister, Jessie; in-laws, Bruce, Anthony, Megan, Mark, and Ryan; several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
