The funeral for George Kelterborn, 89, of St. Jacobs, who died Wednesday in Hamilton, will be conducted Saturday at 3:pm at St. James' Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs. Rev. Adolph Kappes will officiate. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery.
A retired butcher since 1935, Mr. Kelterborn was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. August Kelterborn. He was a member of St. James' Church.
He is survived by three sons, Austin of Hamilton, Walter of Stratford and Alfred, Ithaca, N.Y.; two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Hilda) Ross of Hamilton and Mrs. Herbert (Dorothy) Weigel, St. Jacobs; and four brothers, Harry of Wellesley, John of Toronto, Jacob of Milverton and Edward of Vancouver. Twelve grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren also survive.
He was predeceased by his wife, one son and one daughter.
