Funeral services will be 10 am Saturday in the Elliott-Hamil Chapel of Faith, 5701 Highway 277 South, with Rev. Jerry Howe officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Howe was born July 23, 1941 in Abilene, the son of T. H. and Hazel (Beeman) Howe. He graduated from Abilene High School. He was a truck driver for Merchants Motor Lines and was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his father, T. H. Howe.
Survivors include his mother, Hazel Howe of Abilene; son, Scott Howe of New York City, NY; two daughters, Shawn Holland of Irving, TX and Sheryl McFadden and husband, Brian of Arlington, TX; two brothers, Rev. Jerry Howe and wife, Kathy of Levelland, TX and Larry Howe and wife, Paula of Ballinger, TX; sister, Pat Peck and husband, Gregory of Abilene; three grandchildren, Clay, Caitlin and Carter; and several nieces and nephews.
