Cecil H. Brock, II Virginia Beach - Cecil Hillis Brock II, 42 passed away on August 25, 2015. Born in Virginia Beach, VA, he was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Ripley Brock. He was a genuinely kind-hearted soul and those who knew him will miss his infectious laugh and lively stories. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Logan and Jaden Lachman and their mother Heather Lachman; father, Cecil Brock and brothers, David Brock and Michael Brock and countless other friends and family. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel on Friday, Aug. 28, 2015 from 7 to 8 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 in Princess Anne Memorial Park.
