Theresa Ann Griffin, 67, died with family present on Monday, September 16, 2019. Terry was born February 22, 1952 to Peter and Virginia Melnyk in Chicago, Illinois. She moved to Texas in the early 1970s, and spent the remainder of her life in the state she loved. She worked at Lockheed Martin for 39 years, retiring in 2018 to spend time with her family and friends, whom she greatly treasured. She worked at the Ballpark in Arlington (Globe Life Park) for five years, and loved both the Chicago Cubs and the Texas Rangers. She was also an organ donor, so she will continue to live on in others. She touched many lives and made a difference in each one. Terry was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved Aunt Kay, Aunt Rose and Uncle John. She was survived by her husband of 26 years, Johnny; daughters, Megan, Chelsea, Melissa and husband Garland; as well as brothers, Ray, Dan and spouse Randi, four sisters-in-law and their spouses; four brothers-in-law and their spouses; along with numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. She had many loving friends whom she considered family. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 September, at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst, Texas. Interment was at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth, Texas.
