Funeral services will be held 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Maple Lake with Deacon Ron Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Timothy Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3-5:30 on Thursday at the funeral chapel.

Lisa Ann Potter was born February 17, 1965 in Buffalo to Roy and Ann (Dircks) Wurm. She grew up in Maple Lake. In 1982, she was named 2nd Colleen at the St. Patrick’s Day Festival in Maple Lake. Lisa graduated with the Class of 1983 from Maple Lake High School among the top 10 in her class. While in school, was involved in cheerleading and dance line for the Maple Lake Marching Band. Following school, she lived in Annandale, then moved to Becker to raise her family. Lisa was an avid Vikings fan and was a fun-loving people person. She was a great cook and baker and was known for her lasagna and chocolate chip cookies. She loved to decorate for holidays, especially creating a winter wonderland at Christmas.

Lisa is survived by her children, Ashley (partner Kyle Bauer) of Rochester and Cole of St. Cloud; mother, Ann (Bob) Cruikshank of Maple Lake; grandmother, Millie Dircks of Maple Lake; brother, Todd (Krista) Wurm of Maple Lake; and sister-in-law, Debbie Wurm of Maple Lake. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy; and brother, Mark.

Urn bearers will be her children, Ashley and Cole, brother, Todd Wurm and godson, Hunter Wurm.
