Graveside funeral service for Timothy Mark Kirby will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2019 in Letitia Cemetery, east of Lawton with Rev. Mike Teel, Pastor, Cameron Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Southcliff Church, I 20 and Granbury Road in Fort Worth, Texas.
Timothy Mark Kirby died Friday, September 13, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 60. He was born October 23, 1958 in Lawton, Oklahoma to James Charles and Frances Louise (Plemmons) Kirby. He grew up in Lawton and was a 1977 graduate of Eisenhower High School. He attended Cameron University where he earned an associate degree in drafting and design. He earned his Bachelors in Theology from Criswell Center for Biblical Studies in Dallas and received his Masters in Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. At the time of his death he was employed with the Fort Worth Independent School District where he worked at A.M. Pate Elementary School as a Pre-K teacher.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Derek Keith and Cecy Fourton Kirby, Indiahoma, Oklahoma and Kevin Todd and Julie Ann Kirby, Tulsa, Oklahoma, two nephews, David Ray Kirby and Daniel Reeves, niece, Alissa Reeves-Burnett and several great nieces and nephews.
His parents preceded him in death.
