He was the owner and operator of A-1 Pallets and also worked as a truck driver. Larry enjoyed dirt track racing and had been the owner, driver and sponsor of cars over the years. He was also a supporter of Dirt Disciples for Christ. Larry also enjoyed the outdoors; fishing, boating, camping with his family and spending time with his grandson, Camden.
Surviving Larry are his wife of 40 years, Linda (Grabert) Dunn; daughters, Lori (Larry) Pennell of Cave-in-Rock, IL, and Lindsey and Lacie Dunn, both of Evansville; a grandchild, Camden Foster; sisters, Rhonda (Ed Lowry) Gates and Kathy (Ron) Kessler, both of Evansville; brothers, Mike Dunn of Petersburg and Scott (Kellie) Dunn of Evansville as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his sister, Jackie Greenwell.
Funeral services for Larry will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Pierre Funeral Home, Tony Byrns officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
