Joey was a beloved young man to his family and many friends who knew him. He was preceded in death by his mother Vickie (Baber) Hart; grandparents Thurman and Annie Hart; grandfather Bill Baber; grandfather Bill Willburn; great-grandparents Doc and Anah Baber; Russell and Fannie Browning. Joey is survived by his father and step-mother Joe and Dana Hart; step-father Ron Snyder; son Kainer Hart; daughters Kaitlyn, Kascedy and their mother Amy Hart; grandmother Mary Wilburn; brother Eric Hart and wife Susan; sister Stacey White and husband Alan; nieces Shy Anne White, Sierra White, Julie Rushing and Jessica Ayers; nephews Dakota Rushing and Dillon Smith; great-niece Addison Fry; great-nephews Galen Rushing, Cooper Ayers and Owen Sparks.
