Larry was born October 13, 1938 in Kewanee, Illinois, the son of Kenneth and Emily (DeSpain) Dunn. He married Mary “Jane” Vidrine on November 10, 1962 in Ville Platt, LA. He served honorably in the United States Army. Larry was employed by John Deere Plow Planter for 34 years, retiring in May of 1990. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He loved his horses, hot rods and racing. He had a strong relationship with his Lord and lived his life for his family. He was the world’s best father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Jane, Cordova; sons, Mike (Deb) Dunn, Moline, Chris (Shannon) Dunn, Cordova; four grandchildren, Stephanie (Jake) Peterson, Asjia Blankenship, Adam Dunn, and Brooke Dunn; and three great-grandchildren, Rylee, Peyton, and Eli Peterson.
