Joyce was co-owner of two restaurants in Spring Hill, Dad’s Diner and Arnold’s. She was a volunteer at Oak Hill Hospital.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 67 years; one daughter; three sons; six grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and loving family and friends.
