She was preceded in death by her father Jerry Lee Nichols. Survivors include her mother Sharon Nichols; daughter Brenna Thompson, son Rayce Anthony Thompson; brother Darrel Hart; sisters Nicole Smith, Vicky Lee Thompson; grandchild Abel Ledford.
Visitation will be from 10 am to 1 pm Sat. Sept. 21 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with memorial services there at 1 pm. Interment will be in the Lizton K of P Cemetery, Lizton.
