Otto, 94, of Saint Henry, died at Mercer County Community Hospital.

He was born to John and Catherine (Borgerding) Rammel. On Jul 22, 1938, in St. Henry, he married Marcella Moorman, who preceded him in death.

Surviving are two sons, John (Linda), Saint Henry, and Mark (Virginia), Ludlow Falls; son-in-law, Nick Prenger, Saint Henry; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Deceased are a son, Lavern; a daughter; Mary Kay Prenger; six brothers, Leo, Ed, Urban, Henry, Joe and Willibald; and two sisters, Lucy Art and Ludvina Borger.

He was a member of St. Henry Church, St. Henry Knights of Columbus, St. Gasper Del Buffalo 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, Minster, Heritage Club, St. Henry, NAIM of the North and started the St. Henry Pinochle Club. He owned and operated Rammel Dry Cleaing in St. Henry.
