He was a foreman in the manufactured housing industry and a member of Pine Grove Church of God.

Visitation is Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at New Home Baptist Church, Moreland Community. Funeral service is Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Moreland Baptist Church, Moreland Community. Lie in state from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Burial in Moreland Cemetery.

Mr. Bryson was preceded in death by his parents, James Arthur Bryson, mother, Pearlie Evelyn Bryson; brother, James Carlton "Pete" Bryson.
