Karen Hardin Snyder entered into the presence of God on September 14, 2019 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
She was born October 17, 1956 and was the daughter of Grady and Clata Hardin of Sophia, NC who preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory, husband Rusty Snyder; son Cory Snyder and wife Keisha; grandchildren Gavin and Blakely Snyder; Brother, Darrell Hardin of Sophia and sister, Phyllis Hardin of Asheboro (special friend Jerry Reinwand).
She was the master of many jobs throughout her life time with her last being with Glenn’s of High Point. Karen found joy spending time with her family and friends, especially playing with her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
Karen will be blessed with a “Celebration of Life” on September 28, 2019 as she had planned where family and friends will share stories and memories. A graveside service will be held September 29, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro, NC. Midstate Cremation and Funeral Service of Asheboro, is in charge of arrangements.
Her family is particularly grateful for the expertise of Dr. Christina McCarty’s team at Randolph Cancer Center and the members of the hospice team that took care of her at home and at the Hospice House.
In lieu of flowers, Karen requested that memorials be sent to the Randolph Cancer Center, 373 N Fayetteville St, Asheboro, NC 27203; Hospice of Randolph County, Post Office Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204-0009.
