She was born in Screven County the late Alfred Llewellyn & Alma Overstreet Morgan. She was retired from the City of Sylvania where she worked as bookkeeper for 19 years and was a member of Sylvania First United Methodist Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband: Gilbert Wheeler Parker; Sisters: Catherine Morgan Padgett and Llewellyn Morgan; Brother: Alfred L. Morgan.
