WEST COLUMBIA - Services for Deborah Ouzts Manley, 66, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 20, 2014 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium Lexington Chapel with the Rev. Ralph Schneck officiating. Burial will follow the service in Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 3302 Hwy 25 N, Hodges, SC 29653. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Manley passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2014. Born in Greenwood, SC on September 9, 1948, she is the daughter of Joseph Ray and Sara Quattlebaum Ouzts of Greenwood, SC. Deborah graduated from Greenwood High and Spartanburg Junior College. She was a dedicated homemaker for her husband and daughter for 45 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Lexington.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Benjamin E. Manley, Jr. of West Columbia, her daughter, Rae Michelle Bradwell of West Columbia, her parents, Ray and Sara Ouzts of Greenwood, SC, brothers, Joseph A. Ouzts of Spartanburg, SC and James C. Ouzts of Charlotte, NC, sister-in-laws, Ann Glaze of Lexington, SC and Kitty Cathey of Columbia, SC.
She was predeceased by her brother, Barron K. Ouzts.
