Mrs. Bryant died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2006, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 6, 1916, in Lenape, the daughter of Robert S. and Kathrine L. Kaiser Clements. She lived in Douglas County since 1933.
She was a homemaker and worked for C Rations for four years. She later worked for Herses Egg Co. for four years and the Hercules Powder Co. for 13 years until she retired.
She married Charles F. Bryant on April 6, 1933, in Olathe. He died March 17, 1995.
Survivors include three sons, Clifford Bryant, Rapleje, Mont., Wade Bryant, Big Timber, Mont., and Charles Bryant, Kansas City, Kan.; six daughters, Dolores Medeiros and Barbara Thorne, both of Warsaw, Mo., Helen Allen, Eudora, Mary Bovard, Riverside, Mo., and Roberta Hale and Bonnie Hernandez, both of Lawrence; 30 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren.
