On October 21, 1947 she was united in marriage to her late husband, Richard E. Marshall in Columbus, Indiana.
Betty lived life to the fullest. Her family was the most important part of her world. Betty was strong beyond measure. Her witty sense of humor and contagious laugh were a joy to anyone that spent time with her. Her forever youthful spirit and looks amazed all who met her. Betty was always the life of the party and nothing made her more happy than having family and friends get together to dance and celebrate. She loved her dogs, spending time by the pool and beach, playing cards and staying involved in the neighborhood.
Along with her parents and husband, Betty is preceded in death by three children, Sherry L., Kimberly A., and Kevin J. Marshall and a grandchild, Kortni Marshall.
Survivors include her children, Kathy S. (Tom) Weliever, Richard E. (Colleen) Marshall, Jr., and Kelly J. (Tonya Schulz) Marshall; grandchildren, Colorado Weliever (Kyle Sherman), Eden (Anthony) Volpp, and Kimberly Marshall; and seven great grandchildren.
Burial will take place privately at Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis.
