Mrs. Bernice A. Schalkopf, 62, former Lincoln resident, died at Greenwood Thursday. Mrs. Schalkopf had been a resident of Lincoln most of her life and moved to Greenwood only two weeks ago.

She was employed as a cook at the Burlington Railroad station and the University of Nebraska's Residence Halls for Men.

She was a member of East Lincoln Christian Church and the Women's Auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.

Survivng are her daughters, Mrs. Bernice J. Mayer of Albuquerque, N.M., and Mrs. Ellis F. Allison of Wichita, Kan.; sons, L. Robert Johnson of Feasterville, Pa. and Roderick L. Johnson of Greenwood; 12 grand children and eight great grandchildren.
