Vickie Lynn Walker, age 61, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019. She lived in Locust Grove, GA and left our world in the comfort of her own home. She is survived by her husband William Walker, son Zachary Walker and his wife Melissa, parents Ralph and Kathy Thomas, and her sisters: Karen Robison and her children Jenny Baldwin and Jake Robison, Amy Nance and her husband Charles, and Heidi Pickett and her husband Todd along with their children Tori, Bradley, A.J. and Amy. She was raised in Decatur, GA and graduated from Towers High School in 1975. She loved the color purple, found joy in the beauty of flowers, spending time with family and playing the piano. There will be a Celebration of Life in memory of Vickie on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at the home of Todd and Heidi Pickett, 688 South Bethany Road, Locust Grove, Georgia 30248. There will be poolside fellowship, fun, games, food and an opportunity for all to share your favorite memories of Vickie.
