After a lengthy battle with Frontal Lobe Dementia the disease lost. On May 23, 2018 Sandra Leach of Cypress, TX regained all that was lost as she was received in heaven. Sandra was born August 10, 1956 in Youngstown, OH to Frank and Jean Dutko. She excelled at playing the piano, won a number of awards and attended the Dana School of Music in Youngstown, OH. She moved to Houston, TX in 1984 with her husband and son Brad.

She was preceded in death by her father Frank and a daughter she never got to hold, Grandparents and various aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her loving husband Rich of 41 years who will miss her greatly also Sons; Brad, Jeff and Jared, Grandchildren Haley, Bryan, Bryce, Brayden and Katherine, Mother Jean Dutko and sister Karen Morris.

We want to thank the people who walked beside us during the long arduous journey; the loving people of Providence Hospice, Peggy, Heather, Becky, Patrick, Merrick, and Rene her wealth of knowledge about this disease allowed us to make informed hard decisions. I also want to thank our small group; Gary and Judy and our wonderful leaders Bruce and Betsy Doolittle who showed God's love. I want to thank the caregivers who came to help; Candice Leach, Danielle Ball, Anne Decas and Silverado memory care. My mother in law Jean Dutko and sister Karen Morris who respected my judgment in caring for their daughter and sister. We want to also thank my friends and neighbors in Ravensway and Cypress Bible Church who understood and showed compassion. They will never know how it helped the feeling that we were not alone in this journey were so much was lost one piece at a time.
