NORMAL - Rebecca S. “Becky” Hall, 76, of Normal, formerly of El Paso, passed away at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded by Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Community Cancer Center, 407 E. Vernon Ave, Normal, IL 61761.
She was born July 9, 1943 in Milan, IN, daughter of Edgar B. “Ben” and Marjorie Lois Champ Siebenthal. She married James Teddy Hall on July 4, 1964, he preceded her in death on April 25, 2015.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Ezekiel Mayotte and two brothers.
Surviving are four daughters, Lori Hall, Toni (John) Winks, Jodi Hall and Dori Hall and four grandchildren, Jonathan Garrels, James Fleming, Ella Mayotte and Anne Mayotte. Also surviving are one great-granddaughter, Peyton Sue Garrels and two sisters, Barbara Pendleton and Mary Ann Squires.
Becky worked at El Paso Health Care Center in El Paso, IL as an administrator for over 25 years. After retirement, she and her husband, Ted, moved to a lake-front house on Lake of Egypt, where she loved spending her time on the pontoon and fishing. She also enjoyed vacationing with her sisters and catching up with extended family in Southern Indiana; volunteering her time at the Community Cancer Center in Normal and was a life-time member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary.
