Anita Louise Stephens Burnett, 72, of Paducah, KY died Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah. She was a cook for Marquete; member of Lighthouse Pentecostal in Ledbetter; and was a member of the Eagles Lodge on Bridge Street.

Survivors include four sons, Tommy Pearion, Mississippi; James Shafer (Kerry), West Paducah, KY; Wayne Shafter, Ledbetter, KY; Jerry Shafer (Amanda), Ledbetter, KY; three daughters, Shelia Pearson, Paducah, KY; Jayne Juanita Louise Hawkins (Chris), Smithland, KY; Brenda Shafer, Ledbetter, KY; brothers, Ray Stephens, Mexico; Jerry Stephens (Nelda), Paducah, KY; Al Stephens (Sue), Paducah, KY: Doug Stephens, Paducah, KY; sisters, May Rodgers, Paducah, KY; Faye Tabor, Paducah, KY; Chris Lakey, Oklahoma; twenty seven grandchildren; and twenty five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Lee Stephens and Ethel Magalene Ellis Stephens; brothers, Dan and Ed Stephens; and one sister, Evelyn Rhew.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 12:00pm (Noon) at Keeling and Goodman Funeral Home, 2410 Jackson St. Paducah, KY. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at Keeling and Goodman Funeral Home.
