LANEVILLE - Services for John W. Gilmore Sr., 81, Laneville, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at Charles Rader Funeral Home, Henderson, with the Revs. Joe Regel and Troy Sanders officiating.

Burial will be in Basin, Wyo.

Mr. Gilmore died July 3, 2007, in a Tyler hospital.

He was born July 31, 1925, in Basin, Wyo., to the late Robert J. and Anna Gilmore, and moved to Laneville one year ago. He served in the Navy during World War II, was a Baptist, and was a retired master electrician for Dresser Minerals. He was preceded in death by his wives, Mildred and Frieda, and son, Walter Gilmore.

Survivors include daughters, Tamara Jackson, Laneville, and Edith Jensen, Riverton, Wyo.; son, John Gilmore Jr., Riverton, Wyo.; sister, Betty Morris, Basin, Wyo.; brother, Daniel Gilmore, Livermore, Calif.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
