Steven P. Montgomery age 61, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, at Northside Baptist Church with Dr. Jerry Pickard officiating. Burial will follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Montgomery was a native of Milledgeville and was a 1973 graduate of Gordon Ivey. He worked for BASF and retired with almost 43 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father Richard C. Montgomery. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife and son Kelly Montgomery of Milledgeville, his daughter of Woodstock, his mother of McIntyre, brothers and sister-in-laws of McIntyre and Birmingham, AL, and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 until the funeral hour at the church.

Friends who wish may make memorial contribution to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or to the Masonic Children’s Home.
