She is survived by her two sons, Thomas and Jonathan Epps; daughter, April Epps; mother, Ruth Haines; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Robert and Welford Haines (Candace); sister, Renee Gaines (Aubrey); and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, 2011 Fairmount Ave., on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at 1 p.m, Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
