Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Friday at the Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. A private family graveside service will be held Saturday at St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery.
Marilyn was born in Huntsville, Alabama on June 8, 1942, the daughter of John and Magdalen (Gehl) Webb, Sr. She attended St. Mary’s Grade School and graduated from Mt. St. Clare Academy.
Marilyn married William J. Lee, Jr. on August 23, 1960 at St. Mary’s Church in Clinton. William passed away on April 2, 1994.
She was employed as an operations officer at Iowa State Bank, later Sterling Federal, and retired from Central Bank in Fulton.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, traveling and camping.
Marilyn is survived by her fiancé, Don Yoerger of Clinton; two daughters, Jody (Larry) Diedrich of Clinton and Anita (Mike) Henfrey of Bryant; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Monica Shadle of Iowa City and Deb (Jeff) Greve of Clinton; a brother, Pat Webb of Clinton, several nieces and nephews and Don’s family; Crystal Kelly, Laurie (Jim) Sparks, Sheryl (Ike) Lind, Craig (Julie) Yoerger, Brent (Lynette) Yoerger and Stephanie (Chad) Wiese; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 2 brothers, Joe and Bud and 2 sisters, Rosemary and Elaine.
