Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at Schroder Mortuary, 701 1st Ave., Silvis. Graveside services will follow at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
Linda was born July 2, 1955, and raised in East Moline and graduated from United Township High School. Linda married Jeff Haines on April 20, 1974, at First Congregational Church, Moline. Of this marriage, they had two beautiful children, Stacie and Brian. She worked at National Grocery Store and George's Classic Cleaners until she became a full-time mother.
Linda was a loving, caring wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend to anyone who knew her. Linda loved laughing, being with her family, and having fun with friends. Linda touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity, and maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.
She also is survived by her mom and stepdad, Pearl and Gene Tetens; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pam and Mike Daffara and Beth and Gordon Wainwright; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Darlene and Eldon Haines; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Julie and Jim DeGreve and Jim and Diane Haines; and several nieces and nephews. Her dad, Ron Fulscher, preceded her in death.
