Sandra Kay Harvey, 71, of Princeton Health Care Center died Sunday, September 20, 2015, at Princeton Community Hospital. Sandra worked as a waitress on the West Virginia Turnpike for many years.
She was born in Athens, WV on September 18, 1944 to the late Sidney Southern (1911-1990) and Deliah Hazelwood-Southern (1923-1976). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Randall Harvey (Deceased).
Survivors left to cherish the memory of Sandra include two sisters, Debra Southern-Delp of, Princeton, and Sandra Southern-Batton of, Waynesboro, VA; one brother, John Sarver of Summersville, WV; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Andrew Wright of Princeton.
A service to celebrate the life of Sandra will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road, in Princeton, with friends and family speaking. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour at the funeral home.
