Dawn Ellen Hall, 46, of Stigler, passed away, Saturday, September 7, 2019 in St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was born February 26, 1973 in Fresno, California to Glenn Ervin and Wanda Elizabeth (Maxwell) Patterson. She grew up in Cameron and Kinta where she was educated. She attended Kiamichi Vo-Tech for a business course. She married Jerry Guy Poteet and welcomed two children. Dawn later married Dennis Hall on September 19, 2003 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and they made their home in Stigler. She loved crossword puzzles, Bible study, and enjoyed wrestling. She adored her dogs, Rambo & Jade.
Dawn is survived by her husband Dennis Hall of the home; her daughter, Amber Carlile and husband Jason of Stigler; her son, Jerrad Poteet and wife Paige of Stigler; her two grandsons, Token Carlile and Kayson Carlile of Stigler; a stepdaughter, Sabrina Maynerred and husband Kirk of Tulsa; a sister, Rebecca Patterson of Coalgate; a brother, Lewis Neighbors of Stigler; 2 half-brothers & spouses, Randy & Katrina Patterson of Greenwood, AR., Ray & LeAnn Patterson of Greenwood, AR.; ex-mother-in-law, Sandra Poteet of Stigler; paternal father & mother-in-law, James & Joann Hall of Stigler; 4 brothers-in-law & spouses, Roy & Tammy Hall, Victor & Nancy Hall, Ronnie & Kim Hall, Stephen & Leanne Hall; numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives.
Dawn is preceded in death by her parents, Glen & Wanda Patterson; grandparents, Walter & Louise Maxwell; her dog, Rambo; several aunts, uncles, & dear friends.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 12, 2019 in the R.E. Shearwood Memorial Chapel with Sandy King officiating. Pallbearers include Jason Carlile, Caleb Hall, Victor Hall, Stephen Hall, Dylan Hall, Chuck Mahan. Honorary Pallbearers include Jerrad Poteet, Trevor Solomon, Lewis Neighbors, Rocky Hall, James Collins, Wayne King.
Burial will follow in Garland Cemetery under the direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
