Private Frank Pittman was inducted into the US Army for World War I on August 2, 1918, in Lumberton, NC. He served with Company B, 344th Service Battalion, serving overseas from September 25, 1918 - July 10, 1919. Pvt Pittman was honorably discharged on July 19, 1919.
