David Marshall Samuelson, 44, of Forest, died on Monday, May 13, 2019. Born on January 30, 1975, in Easton, Maryland, he was the son of Marshall Ben Samuelson and Judith Lee Austin. He worked in the restaurant, automotive, and computer industries for many years. He loved travel, exploration, tennis, cuisine, cars, video games, and life itself. Living and travelling all over America, he made many friends and had many adventures. He was gregarious, intelligent, hardworking, thoughtful, giving, kind, and witty. The poet W.H. Auden wrote in 1941 "O every day in sleep and labor / Our life and death are with our neighbor." David spent his life helping and living for his neighbors, his family, and his friends. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, David Kent Austin. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Jennifer Rachel Fox and husband, Gregory Hamilton Fox; brother, Jonathan Miles Samuelson; nephews, Christopher Wade Samuelson and Jared Scott Samuelson; and numerous other relatives.
