LILLIAN KIRKWOOD

SALISBURY - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Peter's Episcopal Church for member, Lillian M. Kirkwood, 91, of Camden Ave. She died Saturday in the Salisbury Nursing Home of congestive heart failure.


Officiating will be the Rev. Harry Riddle Johnson. Internment will be in Parsons Cemetery.


Born in El Paso, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Warren and Martha Carman Miller. Her first husband was the late Lt. Col. George R. Harrison. Her second husband, Col. Robert G. Kirkwood, died in 1951.


Surviving are two daughters, Ruth Harrison Clark, and Dorothy Harrison Mankin; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. F.G. von Kummer. A late son was Lt. Col. George R. Harrison Jr.


Contributions may be made in the memory of the deceased to the St. Peter's Episcopal Church memorial endowment fund, Salisbury, Md. 21801.
