OBITUARY
Allen B. White, 83, of Euless, Texas died peacefully in the wee hours of the morning on September 5, 2019. He was the beloved husband of the late Andra “Gail” (Stewart) White. Born and grew up in Ennis, Texas. He was the 9th child out of 10 born to Luther David and Chassie White. Mr. White was in the printing business, where he worked for Mastercraft Business Forms for many years. Allen was a member of First Baptist Church, Euless, Texas.

Mr. White also known to many as “Poppie” loved to spend his mornings and afternoons watching football practices at the local high school. He also enjoyed attending the high school football games at his beloved Ennis High School. He also, loved to hunt and fish.

Mr. White served in the United States Army from 1955 – 1960. He was stationed in Killeen, Texas and Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.

He is survived by his daughter Marcia Lynn Jackson and husband Monty of Bolingbrook, Illinois; John David White and wife Paula of Rhome, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Haley Trevino (Ramon) Lauren White (Brandon) and John White Jr.; 5 great-grandchildren, Gracie, Gabriel, Gianna, Genesis and Blakely; sister, Joann Mathis of Ennis, Texas as well as numerous nieces and nephews; a sister in law and her husband – Kay and Bob Hodge and special friend Linda and her dog Ruby.

He was the brother of the late Jennie Lou Breaux, Helen Venable, Vivian Myers, Virginia Pratt, Luke White, Billy White, Ikey White and infant sister Louise White.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Boze-Mitchell-Mckibbin Funeral Home Chapel in Waxahachie. A Funeral Services will directly follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow with Military Honors at the Sardis Cemetery.
