Over time she took in 15 strays giving them immaculate care. Nancy was a wonderful sister and aunt. She helped others, less capable, at her nursing home. She is survived by her sister, N.J. Fulmer, cousins Kenneth and Adam Lukenbill and 8 nephews & nieces.
