Joe was born in Bon Aqua, Tennessee to Joe and Ruby (Luther) Sullivan. Joe married the love of his life, Mary Lou, on April 25, 1959, in Romulus, Michigan. Joe served for five years in the National Guard. He retired from General Motors. He enjoyed Nascar and woodworking. Joe was a life-long Mason. Most importantly, Joe adored his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
