Miss Kimberly Shawn Cantrell, age 49 of Paducah, Ky and formerly of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 12:12 AM at the University of Louisville Hospital.
She was a Homemaker.
Miss Cantrell is survived by her Mother- Jo Ruth West of Lowes, Ky; two sons- Larry Ryan (Taylor) Douglas of Wingo, Ky and Cody Joe Chapman of Lowes, Ky; one brother- Chris Cantrell of Lowes, Ky; three grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her Father- Larry Dale Cantrell.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Mayfield Memory Gardens with Rev. Gayle Barnes officiating. Friends are asked to meet at the Cemetery at the service time on Monday.
