Daniel J. Gorman, 33, of Lincoln formerly of Tecumseh and Sterling passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 29, 2019. He was born January 7, 1986 at Martinez, CA and grew up in the Tecumseh and Sterling area. He moved to California in 2011 and was the owner and operator of a landscaping business called Lawn Pros. Which he began in the spring of 2012. In August of 2017, he moved back to Nebraska to be closer to his children.
Survivors include two daughters, Cameron Frieburghouse and Cortney Gorman; his mother, Cynthia (William) Nichols of Sterling; two brothers, Jeremiah (Michelle) Gorman along with their children, Mark, Ethan, Abby, Alysa and Samuel, Christopher (Chelsy) Gorman along with their children Arrison, Britton and Triton. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Britton Gorman and Grandma Rose Davison.
Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John Lutheran Church of Sterling with Pastor Kevin Arndt officiating. The body has been cremated.
