William married Gloria Kathleen Rodgers on November 29,1987 in Klickitat. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Rabanco. He belonged to the Shaker Church, Yakima Tribe and Union member 1751 (Western metal Industry Union). He loved camping,fishing,traveling, reading and dancing. He also enjoyed attending tribal functions.

William survived by wife Gloria Spino of Goldendale; stepsons Joseph A. Rodgers of Portland and Andrew T. Serish; daughters Kathleen M.Spino-Bybee and Arlita Ibabao’s of Portland; son Conrad Ibabao’s of Portland and grandchildren Alaska Spino-Bybee and Solomon Bybee of Goldendale.
