The death occurred at Westminster Hospital, London, on Tuesday of a native of this district, Charles Ernest Cassady, The late Mr. Cassady, who was a veteran of World War I, had been a patient at Westminster since 1960. He was a son of the late Charles William Cassady and Anna Hunter, who were well-known residents in this rural community at one time. Surviving are two sons, Allan and John, both of Livonia, Mich., and six grandchildren; also two sisters, Miss Sarah Cassady of Paris and Mrs. Cameron Rupert, RR 2, Drumbo. Mrs. Hunter Cassady of Drumbo is a sister-in-law. Funeral service will be held at the R. W. Rumble Funeral Home, Princeton, on Friday at 1.30 p.m., conducted by Rev. G. P. Gregorsen. Temporary entombment will be made in Drumbo mausoleum with Interment later in Ayr Cemetery.
