Mrs. Riley M Smith died yesterday at age 78 in the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mrs. Claude Philips in Wilmington Manor where she had made her home for the last 5 years.
The daughter of the late Columbus and Percilla Cooper Philips, she was the wife of the late William H Smith.
Mrs. Smith lived in Salisbury, Maryland until the time of her husband's death.
Besides Mrs. Philips, she is survived by another daughter. Mrs. Laura Williams, of Bethel.
Note: 2nd wife of William H Smith, and Mrs. Laura Williams was her step-daughter.
