"Mrs. Olive Phillips
Mrs. Olive E. Phillips, 76, of 4926 Goldfinch Dr., died Friday (December 15, 1967) in a Madison hospital after a long illness.

The former Olive Pulvermacher, born in Sauk City, was a Madison resident 30 years. She operated a student rooming house at 610 N. Frances St. for many years.

Her husband, Morton, died in 1933.

Surviving are a son, Wendell, 1505 Iowa Dr.; three daughters, Mrs. Ross Gordon, 4926 Goldfinch Dr.; Mrs. Robert Lindsay, St. Paul, Minn.; and Mrs. Norman A. Ryan, Annapolis, Md.; three brothers, Robert, Roxbury; Florian, Martinsville; and Urban, Mazomanie; two sisters, Mrs. Alma Breunig, Roxbury; and Mrs. Cora Brilliott, 506 N. Franklin Ave.; and 10 grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Dennis Catholic Church. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Funeral Home, 235 King St., where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday."
